VIDEO Content: adidas Group Employee Communications Projects

As an internal communications partner, I was dedicated to informing and inspiring the global employee base, as well as as maintaining company and leadership reputation. My challenge was to take complex business topics (such as Digital Transformation, IT, Global Operations and leadership updates), and create stories and dialogs that summarized them in a dynamic and compelling way. 

Here are three video projects I created with leadership and strategy teams to drive awareness and engagement:

TeamTalk with CEO Kasper Rorsted- "Data Driven"

Published: March 2018.
Role:
Developed overall concept/storyboard, wrote script, employee casting/coaching, video production team member (in-house team and external agency for video production/editing).
Content Goal:
Position CEO as thought leader through TeamTalk video Series. Educate employee base about our developing Data strategy and introduce teams.

Role:
Developed overall concept, wrote script, employee casting/coaching, video production team member (in-house team and external agency for video production/editing). Voice of the interviewer.
Content Goal:
develop a content piece that would adequately introduce our newest Board Member in a candid and relatable way. Break the norm by revealing unexpectedly genuine and personable details about this leader.
